Originally unveiled at E3 2014, Cuphead was starting to seem like a game that when all is said and done, we'll have spent more time reading about its progress than actually playing through it. Developer Studio MDHR has decided to set aside their hesitations and announce a definite release window for their cartoon side-scroller. Because his head is a cup.[/img] Unfortunately, it's not the release window a lot of fans were hoping for, as the last we heard, Cuphead was slated for a 2016 launch. The release window is now mid-2017. "Throughout this year we discussed reducing the scope to make a 2016 release, but we made the difficult decision to delay the launch in order to ship with our vision intact," the team posted on their website. Hopefully this decision pays off, for both excited fans and the developers. We'll see when Cuphead launches on Xbox One and Windows 10 next year.
