[UPDATE] 'Tis the Season to be Delisted: More Xbox Games Removed from the Store

By Rebecca Smith,
Edit: More titles have been added.

Original Story:

Following the quiet removals of Axel & Pixel and Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone in November, December chose to be a relatively quiet month. The last few games of the year were released and there were no more Xbox casualties. Unfortunately, with the arrival of a new year comes the annual ritual of removing a small chunk of games from the store.

Leading the way for 2017 is a group of licensed titles from Activision and some of Codemasters' older racing titles. Of course, all of the games on the list below were also released on disc. If you missed out on these and still want to play them, you'll need to find a disc copy going forward. While the full game may have disappeared, the DLC is still available for purchase for those games that are marked with **.

Xbox One Games

Xbox 360 Games on Demand

Unlike the above titles, the following titles were only ever available by download. Unfortunately, these are now completely unavailable.

Xbox One Games

Xbox Live Arcade Games

For those titles where DLC is still available, I would advise downloading it as soon as possible if it is content in which you are interested. There is no telling for how much longer this content will remain on sale.

Many thanks to the many community members who sent this one in!
