Destiny: Age of Triumph Trailer and Screens By Lucy Wood, 25 Mar 2017 FollowtopicsDestinyDestinyActivisionLocal MultiplayerOnline MultiplayerFirst Person ShooterLucy Wood The Destiny "Age of Triumph", described by Bungie as the final major Destiny 1 update, is only days away. We have the launch trailer and a bundle of screens showing off the updated raids, raid gear and weapons inbound. The Destiny "Age of Triumph" update will add a 390 Light Heroic Mode to all raids, bringing them up to current endgame levels and offering maximum level gear as rewards. The Vault of Glass and Crota's End raids will also gain new boss challenges similar to those featured in King's Fall and Wrath of the Machine. Each week a Featured Raid will have all challenges activated, offering the best possible rewards including Mastery Tokens for Raid Ornaments. The Destiny "Age of Triumph" update will bring new raid armour sets for each character class, all of which can be customised with Raid Ornaments. This means hoarders hanging on to vintage gear for sentimental reasons may finally be able to let go of those obsolete items while holding on to their in-game heritage.Speaking of sentimental value, how about a few blasters from the past? Destiny "Age of Triumph" will add updated versions of many classic weapons, including the elemental primaries coming back as exotic Adept weapons which can be earned by completing challenges in the Weekly Featured Raids. A couple of new ghost shells will also be added along with the very shiny Usurper sparrow. The "Age of Triumph" update for Destiny will be available from March 28th for players who own the "Rise of Iron" expansion. We've got the full list of Destiny achievements - check the list for guides to unlocking them.More Destiny stories: Sony acquires Bungie in $3.6 billion deal Multiplayer madness: 25 obnoxious online achievements that ask way too much of players The best Xbox soundtracks Weekend Conversation: What's The Last Game That Really Captivated You?
