Atomic Games have previously described Breach
as "the first military shooter to use precise and massive destruction to change the very nature of multiplayer combat." I'd argue that DICE beat them to it with Battlefield: Bad Company
and Battlefield: Bad Company 2
, but the destruction that is evident in this trailer is still incredibly impressive, especially bearing in mind that Breach
is an XBLA game.
In case you missed it, last week's post about the advanced equipment
that will be available to use in the game is well worth a look. The majority of the kit is modelled on the real-world technology that the armed forces are currently using.Breach
is set for release on XBLA on January 26th and is priced at 1200 MSP.
