Impact Winter Help Is Coming Trailer and New Screens

By Ashley Woodcock,
A new trailer has emerged for Mojo Bones' survival title Impact Winter as the game hit PC players a couple of days ago with its release on Steam. Although the game is yet to make its way to console players, we can still check out and enjoy the new video titled "Help Is Coming" where we get to see around 90 seconds of cold and harsh weather-filled gameplay as the fight for survival goes on:

Co-founder and game designer at Mojo Bones, Stuart Ryall, is more than ready to see what gamers think of the project on which he and his team have spent so long working:

When we started working on Impact Winter, little did we realise how big the journey would become. Now, with a week until launch, we’re very nearly here. Impact Winter is often categorised as a ‘survival’ game, but our intention from the start was to try to and build on the genre through our love of Adventure and RPG games: a new take on the ‘survive-as-long-as-possible’ formula that plays with familiar rules. Prior to launch, we’d like to say a final thank you to all our supporters and collaborators. Impact Winter has been developed by a core team of 5 people – a huge undertaking for a game of this scale – and the support we’ve received along the way has been invaluable. Hopefully our passion for creating the world of Impact Winter is there for all to see.
The new screens showcase the game's main character Jacob Solomon exploring different cold, lonely, and seemingly quiet areas and buildings. Some of the rooms may look empty but with your robot companion, Ako-Light, on hand to light up rooms and drill for supplies, you never know what mysteries and possible treasures you may find:

Impact Winter will be coming to the Xbox One "later this year".
