SEGA Rally Online Arcade Announced

The SEGA Rally series will be speeding onto XBLA in the shape of new title SEGA Rally Online arcade. The game will be drawing influence from SEGA Rally 3 and SEGA Rally Revo.

Several features will be returning from the previous console and arcade iterations of the series, including the Championship Battle mode and Time Attack. There will also be single races, and a new online racing mode where players can battle it out with up to five other drivers over a variety of events. The races will cover five types of terrain, and players can choose from 13 rally cars.

SEGA Rally Online Arcade will be released at some point in 2011.
