TA Playlist for August 2017, Life is Strange, Has Begun

By Mark Delaney, 2 months ago
Ah yes, the usual dramas of high school. Bullies, finals, college applications, and manipulation of the space-time continuum. Okay, so maybe Life Is Strange isn't completely relatable, but it does possess a lifelike setting and a unique plot that should be the catalyst for another fulfilling month of discussion for TA Playlist, the official game club of TrueAchievements. As August arrives so too does our month-long focus on all aspects of Dontnod's 2015 episodic adventure game.

Come join us in the Playlist Hub as we spend the month rewinding time as Max Caulfield as she attempts to navigate a most tumultuous senior year in Arcadia Bay. Does the story deliver on its premise? Are the characters and their many interpersonal relationships realistic? What does this game add to the formula originally popularized by Telltale Games? These questions and many more will be the talk of our always busy forums and we invite anyone to join us.

Whether it's your first time through, you're back to complete your photo collection and finish off the achievements, or you're replaying it to see how your opinion may change, all perspectives are valuable. So come join in, level up your Playlist site badge, and maybe you'll be featured on the podcast at the end of the month. Things are about to get hella interesting.
