Ghost Recon Wildlands' PvP Mode Dated for October

By Kelly Packard,
Last week, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands players took part in a beta for its new PvP mode called Ghost War. Ghost War is class-based Team Deathmatch, and we've already been introduced to the six classes that were featured in the beta. Now, Ubisoft has announced the official release date for the mode along with the rest of the classes.

There are 12 classes total. Including the six in the videos below — the Assassin, Sentinel, Diversionist, Medic, Tech and Ranger — and the six classes featured in the beta, we've now seen all 12 classes. With 4v4 matches, there will be plenty of class combinations to try out. Customization can be mixed up even further with the variety of weapons and perks that can be selected for each class. Ghost War will launch with eight maps.

Ghost War launches for Ghost Recon Wildlands on October 10th as a free update. Ubisoft also promises "more classes, more maps, and even new modes to be added in the future."
