[UPDATE] Forza Motorsport 5 Delisted from Xbox Games Store

By Rebecca Smith,
Edit: A Turn 10 spokesperson has issued an official statement:

“Forza Motorsport 5” has reached “End of Life” status. That means that the game and its associated DLC will no longer be available for purchase. Players who own “Forza Motorsport 5” are still able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal. However, “Forza Motorsport 5” and its associated DLC are no longer available for sale.
So the delisting has been confirmed as permanent. Those who have not yet managed to purchase the "Top Gear Car Pack" and "IGN Car Pack" to get the three related achievements can do so by purchasing the Car Pass through third party retailers (such as Amazon) while stocks last.

Original Story:

When Forza Motorsport 5 was included in Microsoft's Games With Gold promotion last month, several of you predicted that this would be its final swansong. Well, it turns out that you were correct. As with Forza Horizon, which trod this very path at this time last year, Forza Motorsport 5 and all of its downloadable content have been removed from the Xbox Games Store.

While the game will still be available on disc, of course, if you hadn't already purchased some of the DLC cars required for a handful of achievements in the "Long Beach" and "Nürburgring" title updates then the achievements associated with those packs will now be discontinued for you.

So far, Turn 10 Studios is yet to make a statement about the end of life status for this game and there is a slight chance that the removal of the game from the store is a mistake. We've reached out for a comment and will update this article if anything changes.
