Black Riddles Studio has announced that their steam-punk, cel-shaded, third-person shooter title, Crazy Justice
, has successfully surpassed their funding goal of US$30,000, meaning the studio will be able to move forward with distributors to publish the game physically.
Details are scarce at the moment, but we do know that in Crazy Justice
players will take control of their hero and save the world from the forces of evil. There will be dozens of missions to complete, new heroes to locate, plenty of special weapons, and steam-punk hordes in need of defeating. The game will take place in beautifully crafted cel-shaded locations across the globe, from “the alleys of New York to Egypt or even the North Pole”.
While the team is focusing on creating an exciting multiplayer experience with plenty of content, the developer is also working on a single player experience with an “entertaining story mode” that will give players the chance to immerse themselves in one of the character's stories “while you learn the basics of the game”. Crazy Justice
will also have co-op support, allowing you to experience the story with a friend.
With their fundraising campaign running its course, their total now stands at US$51,288. This will allow the team to work on their stretch goals, including adding additional characters, 4K and HDR support, improved facial animations, extra verticality and in-game cinematics.
