AER - Memories of Old Achievement List Revealed

We have just picked up the achievement list for AER - Memories of Old, which is developed by Forgotten Key and published by Daedalic Entertainment.

The game is published as part of the ID@Xbox program.

Transform into a bird and fly to explore and experience a vibrant world of floating islands in the sky. Venture down into lost ancient ruins where each step leads you closer to the end of the world.
