RAID: World War II First Impression

By Kevin Tavore,
There are few things in this world that everyone can get behind, but killing Nazis is probably as close as anyone can get. You mix those villains with an interesting era in terms of setting and weaponry and you're already on the right track as countless games have shown. Then you mix in a bit of Left 4 Dead and Payday and you get RAID: World War II. It's something that should be fantastic. Unfortunately...it's not. If you're interested in a game that plays like it came straight out of 1999, then go ahead and give this a buy. Otherwise, you might want to check out my latest first impressions before diving back into World War II.

RAID: World War II is available now for Xbox One.

The American equivalent of Aristotle, he'll write about anything and everything and you'll usually see him as the purveyor of news, reviews and the occasional op-ed. He's happy with any game that's not point and click or puzzling, but would always rather be outdoors in nature.
