Shiny Patch Fixes Two of Three Unobtainable Achievements

Shiny, a platformer that sees robot Kramer 227 on a quest to rescue his friends, has received a patch on Xbox One. After launching in October, it was discovered that the game contains three unobtainable achievements. The patch addresses two of the three, and developer Garage 227 has said they are working on the third.

There are no patch notes, but the developer has tweeted out that the patch fixes two achievements and other bugs. They said they will continue to update as necessary. The tweet specifically targets achievement hunters with the developer saying: "We hope you can come back and do 1000G on it."

The two achievements fixed the Messiah and Thank You achievements:

The patch is live now, and users have already begun to earn the two achievements. We'll be sure to let you know when we hear of a fix for the third.
