Three New DLC Packs Announced for NFS: Hot Pursuit

Regular players of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit noticed that, a few days ago, there had been more achievements added to your gamercard. It was obvious that there was more DLC on its way, but EA and Criterion stayed quiet. Now, it has been confirmed that there is not just one DLC pack on the way; there are three.

For anyone that has ever fantasised about racing in a Lamborghini or Porsche, or racing around the open world of Seacrest County in up to eight player events, their prayers have been answered with three all-new content packs -- Armed and Dangerous, Lamborghini Untamed and Porsche Unleashed!

All three packs together add a total of 11 new achievements and 195G. Both the "Lamborghini Untamed" and the "Porsche Unleashed" packs will contain new cars and new events, and will each come with four extra achievements totalling 75G.

Lamborghini Untamed adds the legendary Lamborghini Diablo, Countach and Sesto Elemento as both cops and racers. There are also 10 new events.

The Porsche Unleashed pack adds the Porsche 911 Turbo (1982 Edition), Porsche 959, and 911 Speedster as both cops and racers. You’ll also get 10 new events.
"Armed and Dangerous" will add two new game modes: Most Wanted and Arms Race. Arms Race involves racing in cars equipped with weapons. Most Wanted sees players team up in a new take on the Cops vs. Racers game type. The racers work together to protect the one 'Most Wanted' car, whilst the cops work together to catch it. The pack will come with three extra achievements worth a total of 45G.

Armed and Dangerous

The three DLC packs will each cost 560 MSP. "Armed and Dangerous" will be released on February 22nd, 2011, "Lamborghini Untamed" will be released on March 1st, and finally, "Porsche Unleashed" will be released on March 8th.
