No Matter Studios has been hard at work on their upcoming survival game Praey for the Gods
. They did, however, take a little time away from the game itself to allow us to listen to a couple of tracks.
Both tracks were composed by Ian Dorsch, whose previous work includes Gears of War 3
, as well as the theme tune for web series Zero Punctuation
and more. A note that, much like the game itself, the music is a work-in-progress and subject to change.
The first track is "Awakening", one that No Matter Studios themselves like so much that they listen to it regularly on loop while working on the game.
The other is "Hymn" — makes sense for a game involving praying to Gods — and this one is definitely a work-in-progress as they mention that the final version of the track will be recorded with a live choir as opposed to the vocal samples that we hear at the moment.
Praey for the Gods
was scheduled to release this December, but with a couple of weeks to go until then and nothing yet set in stone, we might be waiting a bit longer for this one.
We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Praey for the Gods achievements.
