Minecraft 4K Patch Delayed And The Update Aquatic Revealed

Mojang has officially revealed new details surrounding Minecraft. Fans who are craving pixelated 4K graphics will have to wait until 2018. On the flip-side, new details focused on the Update Aquatic have been revealed.

In case you didn’t know, the Super Duper Graphics Pack — which is set to add 4K and HDR updates to Minecraft — hasn’t officially released yet; in fact, it was revealed that the update won’t be public until sometime 2018. In the meantime, Mojang released a new short musical to keep fans entertained. Check it out below.

In more news, Minecon Earth 2017 recently took place. During the conference, it was announced that the Update Aquatic is coming to Minecraft. Fans can look forward to dolphins, explorable shipwrecks, new water physics, weapons and more. If you’re interested, check out the latest live stream (hosted by Will Arnett) below.

The Update Aquatic has been narrowed down to Spring 2018. As for the Super Duper Graphics Pack, fans will have to be patient as it is estimated to launch sometime in 2018.
