There's more content inbound for the competitive twist that was added to Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands in October; Ghost War will see its battlegrounds expanded next week with its second major free update.
The update includes two new classes that will be joining the fight. The first is the Pathfinder, a Ghost that makes full use of his stealth capabilities that are helped by the ability to not be marked by drones and a fearsome crossbow. The second class is without any details at the minute as Ubisoft has purposefully left this Ghost shrouded in mystery. This is the perfect opportunity for the developer to point towards their Twitch channel as they will be live streaming the second class on December 13th at 9AM PST.
The Jungle Storm update will also ramp up the competitiveness to serious levels thanks to the introduction of ranked play. Players and squads will be able to square off against each other and then find out how they stack up against the rest of the world. Take your squad out onto new maps for Elimination and Uplink game modes and try out new weapons. There will also be new gameplay updates for both PVP and PVE modes.
The following video summarises all of the info for the upcoming title update:
Ghost Recon Wildlands' second update for Ghost War will be available for free on December 14th.
