Red Dead Redemption 2 Launches October 26th

An announcement from Rockstar revealed that they will not be releasing Red Dead Redemption 2 in spring 2018 as planned. The launch has been moved to fall, and not only that, but we have a definite release date: October 26th.

Rockstar cited polishing for the delay and hopes that "when you get to play the game, you will agree the wait will have been worth it." They also promise to divulge "a lot more information with you in the coming weeks." There are seven new screenshots for gamers to examine in the meantime:


Now all that's left to do is wait — and hope there aren't any more delays.

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Red Dead Redemption 2 achievements.
