Gears of War 4's Schedule Includes More Achievements and Events

By Kelly Packard, 11 months ago
The Coalition has released a calendar of what to expect in Gears of War 4 over the next few months. Either to achievement hunters' excitement or dismay, more achievements have been penciled in for "early March." Those with their eye on the Better Than Bacon achievement, earned for collecting five Midnight Omen weapon skins from horde events, and the I Like Em Crispy achievement for earning flaming skins, will also notice three upcoming horde events, which should hopefully produce opportunities to earn progress toward the achievements.

From February 16th-March 2nd, a Year of the Dog horde event is planned, which will also come with daily rewards. An unnamed horde event is also planned to begin March 16th. Juvie Madness, which looks to be the non-Christmas variant of Jingle Juvies, will make a return in early April. If none of these work for your schedule, worry not; the calendar promises "more TBA."

For those who prefer versus events, Cupid's Torque Bow Tag will start on February 12th, a St. Patrick's Day versus event will begin March 9th, and Bunny Hunt is on the radar for March 29th-April 5th.

There are also a few new weapon skins (unrelated to the achievement) coming out soon and tidbits of community information, which you can check out over on The Coalition's official website along with the rest of the post.
