Today was the day that Elite: Dangerous: Beyond – Chapter One was released on Xbox One. As well as all of the new features discussed previously, the patch fixes a lot of things... and I mean a lot of things. In fact, the update includes "well over 1000" fixes for issues that have been discovered since version 2.4 was released. We have those patch notes for you, as well as a trailer showcasing the new update.

The next, far larger section includes the most notable fixes that have been made. If you've made it this far, it's time to relax a bit more. We finish with the launch trailer for the next instalment in the Commander Chronicles story arc. The Thargoids are still encroaching on the core systems and people are worried. How will you level the playing field? The Guardians may be the solution to this. Their recent discoveries have caused the galaxy’s foremost Guardian expert, Ram Tah, to recruit the help of the Pilots Federation.
