Metal Gear Survive Patch Comes With Apology Gift

Metal Gear Survive has perhaps had one of the more famous bad launches of 2018 so far. Even pre-launch, the game was already struggling with criticism from die-hard Metal Gear fans, and a buggy release with balance issues, server problems, and microtransaction controversies didn't help.

As an apology, Konami has announced 100 SV coins and a Premium Boost will be given upon login to all players who created an avatar before February 27th 14:59 (JST). Also, scheduled maintenance concluded on the 27th, the patch notes for which you can read below:

In addition, an issue with "the Support Defender disappearing" has been resolved, and the Support Defender has been re-added to the crew of anyone affected by this bug.
