Dovetail Games announced the exclusive Xbox One 'Founders Edition' for Train Sim World. The ‘Founders Edition’ allows a new player to go from learning the basics via interactive tutorials to a fully functioning train cab without any assistance. This edition also allows complete interactivity within the train cab via an intuitive interface created for the Xbox controller.

Rob O’Farrell, SVP, Development at Dovetail Games said, ‘Train Sim World Founders Edition is the perfect fit for Xbox One. We wanted to ensure that we struck the right balance between accessibility and authenticity so the player gets an experience that on one hand feels intuitive and on the other hand feels challenging and rewarding. We’re excited to be delivering a true simulation experience on the Xbox One and we can’t wait to see what people do with it.’

Chris Charla, Director of ID@Xbox at Microsoft said 'We are excited to continue our great relationship with Dovetail Games and to help enable them to deliver new and differentiated experiences to Xbox One gamers. Train Sim World Founder Editions is a wonderful point for simulation gaming, and we’re super excited to have it on Xbox One!'
Train Sim World

Train Sim World uses a propriety vehicle dynamics engine called SimuGraph, as well as Unreal Engine 4, to simulate the feel, sound, and performance of real trains. Multiple types of locomotives can race around the world. In Service Mode, you can use real world timetables as a passenger or driver to accomplish a wide range of services.

The ‘Founders Edition’ version of Train Sim World will release on March 9th. It is currently available for preorder.
