New FIFA 19 Screenshots Showcase the Champions League

If you missed FIFA 19's official reveal during EA Play this weekend, the big announcement for the long-running series was that this year's iteration will include the official UEFA Champions League license. To go along with the announcement of the newly acquired rights, EA also revealed that the game will include a new standalone game mode for the competition, a new Journey mode that will be Alex Hunter's finale, and new "live and authentic content" in Ultimate Team.

To celebrate the announcement, EA has released five new screenshots which show off Juventus' Allianz Stadium, Bayern's Allianz Arena and Athletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano stadium in all of their Champions League glory, along with images of the game's two cover stars, Christiano Ronaldo and Neymar Jr.

FIFA 19 is scheduled for release on September 28th, with a free 10 hour EA Access trial starting on September 20th.
