Shenmue I & II Remasters Arrive In August

By Sam Quirke, 3 months ago
The SEGA Dreamcast is one of those consoles that remains utterly beloved to those who stuck with it. When the machine's fans debate its most definitive games, you will normally find Shenmue and Shenmue II on that list. Luckily for those of us that never got the chance to enjoy Ryo's epic saga back in the day, we won't even have to wait until the end of the summer for the remastered editions to hit modern consoles.

As we reported yesterday, the games are already available to pre-order on the Xbox store. There's a 10% discount on pre-orders there as well. If you want a physical version, you will be able to pre-order this from major retailers as long as you are in the US, Europe or the Middle East to get a double-sided poster and the games' classic box art on the reverse side of the remasters' cover.

Shenmue I & II release on August 21st.
