Players looking forward to weathering the storm (get it?) in
Tempest 4000 won't have to wait long: the game will launch in just a couple weeks. As fans of the classic arcade series are probably well aware, the reboot is being developed by Jeff Minter of
Tempest 2000 and
Tempest 3000, so that should make sure the flavor of the older titles is well intact.
Tempest 4000 will launch July 17th.
