The newest SMITE patch is just about ready to launch for consoles. Developer Hi-Rez Studios' new patch cycle is allowing console players to enjoy updates closer or even on the same day as the PC patch launch. In this case, patch 5.12: Cyber Shadow launched for PC on Monday and will make its way to consoles on Tuesday, bringing new content, bug fixes and balance changes.
If the patch seems a little thin on content compared to usual with only five skins and no new Adventure mode or god, it's because one of the biggest patches of the season, the mid-season patch, will be the next update, or update 5.13. The patch is also following larger patches, like 5.11, which included the launch of the new Voodoo pantheon and first Voodoo god Baron Samedi.

Also, Chernobog's achievements have finally arrived after the god launched two months ago and with the achievements having been on Steam for some time; however, they seem to be unrelated to the Cyber Shadow patch since users are already unlocking the achievements (although True Nightmare appears to be glitched), and the patch won't officially be live for a while.
The True Nightmare achievement in SMITE worth 118 pointsUnlock the Smite Award "True Nightmare."
Maintenance for the Cyber Shadow patch begins Tuesday, July 9th at 7 a.m. ET.
