Stewart Copeland Returns To Spyro Reignited Trilogy With New "Main Theme"

By Andy Mills, 3 months ago
While the original Spyro trilogy were all enjoyable games in their own right, one particularly memorable aspect was the trilogy's soundtrack, composed by The Police drummer Stewart Copeland. As revealed at San Diego Comic-Con, he's returned for Spyro Reignited Trilogy and he's even been working on a new main theme for the game. Titled "Tiger Train", Copeland teased the theme with a short clip to which we can all listen below.

That's not the only music-related news either, as it has also been revealed that players will be able to choose between the newly-remastered music and the Copeland originals. Players won't be able to switch quite as instantaneously as the video below shows — they'll have to pop into an options menu — but this helps to show the differences between the two more immediately.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy, with Stewart Copeland on board, lights up the Xbox One on September 21st.
