For a while now, Just Cause
developer Avalanche Studios has been inviting people to sign up for the closed beta for their next game, Generation Zero
, but with not much more details than that. The Swedish developer has now revealed more about the upcoming beta test with ideas about player numbers, the content, and, of course, the dates it'll be running.
The studio is aiming for 100,00 players across PC and Xbox One. All those players will be able to explore a closed off part of the world that will allow them to face-off against all manner of deadly machines and get the first morsels of the game's narrative. Generation Zero
's closed beta will run from October 17th to October 21st. If you're interested, you've still got a couple of days to sign up here
before applications close on September 30th.
We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Generation Zero achievements.
