Bandai Namco Unveils Collector's Edition For ACE COMBAT 7: Skies Unknown

By Andy Mills, 2 months ago
It's been over ten years since the last numbered Ace Combat game, so naturally Bandai Namco is making a big deal about the next game in the series, ACE COMBAT 7: Skies Unknown. As part of this, the publisher has announced a fancy collector's edition for the upcoming flight game.

Known as the "The Strangereal Edition", this uniquely-numbered edition will come with the full game — that sounds obvious, but these days you never know — as well as the game's season pass, which will include extra missions, aircraft and a music player mode; an A4 art book with 150 pages of illustrations, interviews and four short novels; a 3cm Ace Combat metal pin; two embroidered patches of the crests of Erusea and Usea; and finally, a die-cast metal figurine of the Arsenal Bird fighter plane. You can see what this all looks like below.

Bandai Namco will be hoping this edition flies off the shelves when ACE COMBAT 7: Skies Unknown takes off on January 18th.

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the ACE COMBAT 7: Skies Unknown achievements.
