North America to Get a Deluxe Edition for Resident Evil 2 By Marc Hollinshead, 10 Oct 2018 CommentsWhile the Collector's Edition for the remake of Resident Evil 2 may have a plenty of shiny extras with it, the steep price tag will most likely put off a few gamers. To incentivise those in the U.S. who are on the fence, Capcom has announced a Deluxe Edition of the game that is packed with a few bonus goodies. While toting some unique costumes for both Claire and Leon, this edition of Resident Evil 2 also allows players to put their favourite character of the two front and centre with a reversible cover. A retro soundtrack swap seems to be part of the offering as well, which will, of course, appeal to those who are returning to the title for a second time in its revamped state. Pre-orders for the Deluxe Edition are available from the game's website. You'll be able to play it for yourself when it shambles its way onto shelves on January 25th, 2019.We've got the full list of Resident Evil 2 achievements - check the list for guides to unlocking them.Xbox One X EnhancedUpcoming ReleaseXbox One Written by Marc HollinsheadTo summarize Marc in two words, it would be "Christian Gamer." You will usually find him getting stuck into story heavy action-adventure games, RPG's and the odd quirky title when he isn't raving about Dark Souls and Mass Effect. Outside the world of gaming, Marc attends and helps out in his church on a regular basis and has a not-so thrilling job in a supermarket.
