Forza Motorsport 7 Celebrates 50 Years Of Hot Wheels

Whilst Forza Horizon 4 may be receiving a whole lot of love and praise at the moment, and deservedly so, the elder sibling of the Forza family is not being left behind. Turn 10 Studios has announced that the November update for the Forza Motorsport 7 will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Hot Wheels franchise. The latest update will feature seven classic cars from over the various decades. All of the cars will be free in the update.

Along with the cars, new driver suits will also be available. One suit, celebrating the 50th anniversary, will be available for free to all players. There will also be five decade-specific suits available, starting from the '50s all the way to the year 2000. However, players will only be able to earn these special suits by completing in-game challenges.

Finally, fans of the latest Forza Horizon title are not going to be left out as Forza Horizon 4 will be getting its own collection of Hot Wheels cars. Four cars will be making their way into the game over the course of several weeks: the 2011 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker, the 2017 Hot Wheels Rip Rod, the 2005 Hot Wheels Ford Mustang and the 1969 Hot Wheels Twin Mill. In fact, players completing the "Blast from the Past" challenge will already earn the Twin Mill car.

Naturally, it wouldn't be a Forza announcement without having a high-octane video to watch, and sure enough, Turn 10 Studios has not disappointed. The latest clip shows all of the Hot Wheels cars in action.

The Hot Wheels Anniversary Pack will be available on November 6th, as part of the November update.
