While a quieter month than September, October did not get away unscathed from delistings. We received no warning about any of them, although with hindsight, the writing may have been on the wall for five of the titles seeing as an NBA 2K title was removed in September. In total, there were four Xbox One games and three Xbox 360 Games on Demand removed from the Microsoft Store. In more positive news, two Games on Demand made a surprise return to the marketplace.
You can see the full list of delistings below. All of the games marked with ** have disc copies that can still be purchased from retailers.
Xbox 360 Games on DemandThe bad news is balanced by some good news in that we had two titles reappear on Games on Demand. Both were relisted when they became Backwards Compatible on Xbox One at the end of the month.
Xbox 360 Games on DemandWe'll be back in December with the next round of delists, if there are any. However, if we get advance warning of any future delists, we'll be sure to let you know before they happen. Just to remind you, Happy Dungeons is reaching the end of its life and will be withdrawn from the Microsoft Store on November 12th. If you want to play the game and/or any of its DLC before the servers close in June 2019, make sure to purchase that content before that date.
