The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe Coming To Consoles in 2019

By James Kearle, 3 months ago
Beginning its life as an obscure Half-Life 2 mod before being re-worked and released into a full title by Galactic Cafe in 2013, The Stanley Parable is unlike most other games you'll ever play. Providing a unique and rather hilarious take on the interactive storytelling genre, the game has passed by most console gamers, as it has only ever been available on PC, Mac and Linux via Steam. However, Galactic Cafe confirmed at the 2018 Game Awards that The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is finally coming to Xbox One in 2019.

For the unacquainted, The Stanley Parable puts players in the shoes of corporate underling Stanley, who is tasked to monitor the same data and press the same buttons day after day. One day, his monitor goes blank. Uncertain of the future, an ominous narrator tells you, poor Stanley, where to go and what to do to fulfill your purpose.

With new endings, new choices and the ability to finally play it on home consoles, will you be picking up The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe?

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe achievements.
