Since its announcement more than three years ago, news has been scarce for the RPG title Outward
. But recently, we've received a plethora of new content, including a trailer, release date, and screenshots, showcasing the open-world environment, and the freedom to explore and define each individual playthrough.
For those late to the party, Outward
is an RPG based on immersion. Developed by Nine Dots Studio, their ambitions were to give players a chance to create their own adventure, not as a hero or chosen one, but as a regular inhabitant of the world around them. Every journey stands to be one-of-a-kind, whether you traverse the wilds alone, or with a companion in two-player co-op, both local and online. Outward
will launch on Xbox One on March 26th of next year.
We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Outward achievements.
