Celebrate Christmas With Six Date Specific Achievements

Behind Halloween, Christmas is the second most popular day of the year for date-specific achievements. A massive five games make use of December 25th to get people to make progress towards or to unlock six achievements between them. If you get some time in between the festivities to get some gaming done, perhaps consider putting in one of the following titles.

Calendar Man

First, you'll want to head into Batman: Arkham City to pay another visit to Calendar Man. Calendar Man can be found in the basement of the Solomon Wayne Courthouse. You gain access to the Courthouse near the beginning of the game. If you visit him, he'll tell you a story and you can cross off another of those 12 murderous dates needed for the following achievement:

The next two achievements are from Halo: The Master Chief Collection. By entering Halo 3's Valhalla map in Forge mode, in a custom game or in multiplayer matchmaking, you can view a Christmas light sigil and you can cross off one of the two different sigils needed for the following achievement:

If you then load up the Zanzibar map in Halo 2 in Forge mode, in a custom game or in multiplayer matchmaking, you can take a look at the sign on the beach for a special Christmas message. As you only need to view a single seasonal sign, you'll unlock the following achievement immediately:

The next game is not your traditional Christmas fare. All players need to do in Saw 2: Flesh & Blood is to press the Start button once they reach the game's main menu. Doing so will get the following achievement:

The next achievement is the type of game you would play with your family during the day. If players start up a game in It's Quiz Time, they'll be able to unlock the following achievement:

Finally, Christmas day is one of two more opportunities in December to get the birthday achievement in Dance Central 3. To get this one, players need to complete the song "In Da Club" with Oblio. If you forget to do this one tomorrow, you'll get another chance on December 31st to complete the song with Dr. Tan instead.
