By Caleb Greer,
The release date for BOMBFEST, a Kickstarted indie title developed by Sudden Event Stuidos, has been announced in a new trailer. This explosive party game is all about jumping, rolling, and using various bombs to knock other players off a variety of dynamic maps—as a wooden toy! BOMBFEST offers four-player local multiplayer as well as AI to play against if you're going it alone. See the trailer for yourself:

Here's a quick description of what the game offers:
BOMBFEST is an award winning, physics-based party game for you and up to three friends! Battle on folding chairs, atop wooden forts, and even in the kitchen sink as you battle to be the last toy standing! Use bombs to eliminate your foes, but don’t get caught in a chain reaction of explosions!

Featuring accessible controls, a whimsical art style, and chaotic physics, BOMBFEST is fun for all ages and skill levels. Unlock new levels, bombs, characters, and outfits as you blow up both enemy and friend alike!
BOMBFEST will be launching on January 31st.
