As a thank you to fans and players who have stuck around through the service's issues, five Gold Bars will be awarded by Tuesday, January 29th to those who play the Beta between Friday, January 25th and Sunday, January 27th. Gold Bars function as the valuable and purchasable alternative currency in the Red Dead Online Beta.Furthermore, some issues in the Gun Rush battle-royale mode have been addressed, while others are still being investigated:Following the launch of the new Gun Rush mode, we identified a few matchmaking issues, some of which we have addressed with short-term improvements and all of which we are working towards more permanent and proper fixes for in the longer term. The minor improvements should help generate fuller lobbies and we will add more fixes in upcoming title updates.Finally, Rockstar teased more fixes and quality-of-life improvements arriving in the future based on player feedback.
