For most of Asobo Studio's existence, the studio have been working on licensed tie-ins and assisting other studios with their games. Their next game however, A Plague Tale: Innocence, is entirely of their own creation. Announced a couple of years ago, the French studio has been hard at work on the title since then and now they're ready to announce when we can expect to play it. To celebrate the release date announcement, they've began a new video series which provides a look behind-the-scenes at the game's development.
This first episode is focused on the game's two leads Amicia and Hugo, including introducing their voice actors Charlotte McBurney and Logan Hannan. Since we hear from members of the Bordeaux-based development team, some of the video is in French, but you don't need to worry about subtitles as they've already been provided for us! Check out episode one "Roots of Innocence" below.
We'll see more of Amicia and Hugo when A Plague Tale: Innocence releases on May 14th.
We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the A Plague Tale: Innocence achievements.
