Marshmello Fortnite Concert Attracts Reported Audience of 10 Million Players

Best known for its base-building battle royale, something new came to Fortnite's Pleasant Park this weekend when US music producer and DJ Marshmello performed the game's first ever live concert in front of a reported audience of 10+ million concurrent players, with millions more watching online.

During the show, which took place at 2 pm EST on Saturday, the use of weapons was disabled, allowing players to dance along. You can see footage from the show below:


Posting on his Twitter account after the show, Marshmello thanked everyone in attendance, Epic Games and everyone who helped make the concert possible.
