BT Sport App Released for the Xbox One

BT Sport, the broadcaster of Premier League Football, the UEFA Champions League, UFC and more in the UK, has announced a new Xbox One app is available to download now, allowing existing customers to stream a selection of its channels, on-demand content and highlights at no extra cost*.

Releasing in time for the start of the UEFA Champions League knockout rounds, the app will initially allow access to BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport 3, ESPN, BoxNation, and the BT Sport Extra channels, with plans to add the BT Sport 4K UHD channel later in the year.

How existing BT Sport customers can get the app

Existing customers benefit at no additional cost
Download BT Sport from app stores on these platforms
Log in using existing BT ID and password*
* Use of the app will be free for existing customers at no extra charge; however, there is a caveat to that. Customers who access BT Sport with a BT Mobile subscription and EE customers who access BT Sport via the basic £5/month subscription won't be able to use the app. The upcoming 4K UHD channel will also require a chargeable add-on subscription.
