Anthem was finally released worldwide on February 22nd after many betas and early access periods. Developer Bioware has now revealed a 90-day roadmap letting players know exactly what content they can expect to find over the next three months, all of which will be known as Act 1 - Echoes of Reality.

The remainder of the month will be taken up by three Freeplay Events — Outlaw Outrage, There Be Giants, and Shaper Surge. The former two will continue into March where they will be accompanied by two more Freeplay Events that are currently undisclosed. There will also be new cosmetics in the Elysian Stronghold Caches, and new items offered as rewards. Finally, there will be new missions in the form of the first phase of the Legendary Missions.

More content is set to arrive in April. There will be seven Freeplay Events; Shaper Surge will return and there will be six other undisclosed events. Phase 2 of the Legendary Missions will begin, and a new The Sunken Stronghold will be introduced. Progression will be expanded to include a Mastery System, and there will be new items offered in rewards. Finally, Social Play improvements will include a weekly Stronghold Challenge, leaderboards and guilds.

Finally, May closes out Act 1 with the start of a Cataclysm. Not much detail is known about this month aside from more new items in rewards. There will be a Freeplay Event and new missions, but details on both of these are currently undisclosed.

Throughout the three months there will be a series of recurring updates too. These will bring weekly Alliance Coin rewards; daily, weekly, and monthly challenges; cosmetic refreshes in the Prospero Store; and the usual round of bug fixes, gameplay improvements, and optimisations. It should be taken into consideration that all of the above is just a predicted timeline and that it is subject to change in the future.

Friday's launch also saw the release of a new patch that fixed the HDR issues on consoles, as well as crashes and a bug with the final boss in the “Return to the Heart of Rage” stronghold. To see the full patch notes, you can take a look here.
