After IO Interactive offered most of HITMAN for free for a limited time at different periods of the year, it should come as no surprise to find they seem to be adopting a similar approach for HITMAN 2. Today's free Starter Pack offers the game's first location and first mission for players to download right now.

The Starter Pack gives players access to the Nightcall mission in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, where Agent 47 is looking for the Shadow Client. As well as the mission, players will get five Location Mastery levels and over 40 Challenges. You can see exactly what awaits in the trailer below:

The "HITMAN 2 - Free Starter Pack" is available now. If you choose to download it and give the game a spin, all progress will be carried over to the full game if you choose to purchase that too.
