Star Wars Battlefront II developer DICE is planning yet another month of events to keep players entertained with their multiplayer shooter. The schedule for March includes an event for every weekend, as well as the usual monthly update.
As seen in the image above, there's a game update planned for the end of the month on March 26th. This update will introduce a new game mode where players are tasked with taking down enemy capital ships. The update will also include a new appearance for Count Dooku, lightsaber combat changes, and new reinforcements.
The events begin today, March 8th, with a Fast Spawn event. In Blast and Strike modes, respawns are reduced to just a single second countdown. The event lasts until 5AM UTC on March 10th.
The rest of the month's events take the form of XP events. The first of those begins on March 15th where players can earn triple XP while using Starfighters in the Starfighter Assault and Hero Starfighters modes. The following weekend is when the second event takes place. Beginning on March 22nd and running until March 24th, all modes will reward double XP. Finally, the third triple XP event begins on March 29th and encourages players to dive into the new game mode introduced with the game's update.
More information on the update will likely become available nearer the time, and we'll be sure to let you know when that happens.
