It's been a month since Spike Chunsoft and Bandai Namco released crossover fighting game Jump Force to the world. As we all know though, the release date is rarely the end of development nowadays and that's the case here as Bandai Namco have announced the first character to be added to the game post-release. It's the rule-screwin', Blue Eyes White Dragon wieldin', children's card game playin' Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!.
In addition to that reveal, Bandai Namco have also laid out how they plan to update Jump Force across the next few months. Up until August, there will be a free update each month that will add events and avatar costumes and even a new stage on occasion. In both May and August — coincidentally the same months those new stages are added — three new characters (including Kaiba) will be added in either month as paid DLC. You can see the roadmap in full below.
Of course, this is just a plan so the schedule is subject to change, but all things going smoothly, we can expect to see Seto Kaiba duelling against the rest of the Jump Force roster come May.
