It's been quite some time since we've seen or heard anything from Oddworld: Soulstorm. The last chunky bit of news we had for the game was when it made an appearance during EGX 2017. That's all changed, however, as a fresh batch of videos have been released for the game following Soulstorm's appearance at Unity GDC.
Let's start with the GDC video where the recorded segment sees Lorne Lanning and Bennie Terry showcasing a glimpse of a cinematic to the crowd in attendance. They also showcase the breakdown of the cinematic, the mentioned rendering comparison, and also talk about the technical side of the graphical displays:

The platforms and a release date for Oddworld: Soulstorm are still yet to be confirmed.
