Many of us will have seen this particular advertisement from Microsoft as they showcased the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition. The discless console was obviously the focus of the ad but within the video, we witnessed a few gamers playing Halo 5: Guardians in split-screen. You can see this part at 0:43 in the following video:

Sadly, Halo 5 doesn't come with split-screen and never will as GameSpot found out. The teasing in the video was not real according to Halo's Community Director at 343 Industries, Brian Jarrard, who tweeted the following:
Despite not including split-screen multiplayer, Halo 5 is still a solid game according to the ratings from our community here at TrueAchievements. You can get your next fix from the series when Halo Infinite releases, though the release date for this has yet to be announced.
