Xbox Joins Forces with Red Nose Day

Red Nose Day is an event that raises funds to end child poverty both across the country and worldwide. While some countries have already had their Red Nose Day fundraising events, the United States will not be having their fundraiser until next month, and Microsoft has chosen to team up with the charity to support their efforts. Not only will the company be making a donation, they will be running a special promotion on Xbox Game Pass memberships to raise more money for the worthy cause.

Microsoft will also be making a donation of $100,000 to the event. In addition to this, players in America may have already seen branded Red Nose Day products in certain Walgreens stores, and these include some Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold memberships. For each of these purchases, a percentage of the profits will be donated to the charity.

Away from Walgreens, Microsoft will be running a promotion on the Xbox dashboard from May 16th until May 23rd. During this period, Microsoft will donate $1 for "every new sign up" who purchases a one month or three month Xbox Game Pass membership up to the value of $150,000.

Red Nose Day will be on May 23rd. Will you be joining in?
