Ghost Recon Breakpoint Requires an Active Internet Connection

By Rebecca Smith, 8 days ago
At the end of last week, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint was revealed to the world. Of the many features the game will include, such as enhanced stealth gameplay, a new story, new enemies with improved AI, new CQC finishers, a variety of classes, and several difficulty levels, one was persistent progression between the PvP and the PvE game modes. This raised the question of whether the game would need an active internet connection like The Division, and the team has now confirmed that this is the case.

The team will be providing more details about the game at E3 next month, so stay tuned for those details as we get them. In the meantime, with the game not having an offline mode, will you still be purchasing the title?

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint achievements.
