In case you missed it, Red Dead Redemption 2 got a big spring update yesterday that brought the online mode out of beta. The plethora of additions and improvements included Poker, a Hostility system, more A Land of Opportunities and Free Roam Missions, and restructured Daily Challenges. However, one of the things you may have missed is that the game also now has a new HDR Calibration menu to fix the makeshift HDR settings the game had before.
The new menu now allows players to switch between the default Cinematic HDR setting and a new Game HDR setting. There are also manual sliders for players to adjust their Peak Brightness and Paper White settings. The aim of these is to provide a better HDR visual experience than the game provided before with its basic brightness sliders.
If you're interested in the other delights of yesterday's update, you can read more details on the main features of the update or check out the full patch notes.
