Monster Hunter: World is Getting Frosty at E3

By Kevin Tavore, 1 month ago
Monster Hunter: World was a huge hit last year and while things may have seemed finished for the game, Capcom clearly has other plans. This E3, we've had a multitude of opportunities to get a firsthand look at the game's newest location: Hoarfrost Reach. It's a snowy area filled with all kinds of new environmental tricks and, more importantly, even more kinds of fearsome beasties that you can slaughter in any way you choose.

Want to see for yourself? Look no further. First up is a four-minute trailer that plays like a gameplay highlight reel. Use it to dip your toes in the icy water.

Then, if you want more, you can check out the live stream that ran on Wednesday. You'll get a ton of footage and a much better idea what's in store.

The Iceborne expansion will launch on September 6th.

We've got the full list of Monster Hunter: World achievements - check the list for guides to unlocking them.

This game was featured in our Best Xbox One RPGs Available in 2019 article. Why not check it out to see what else made the cut?
